Executive Recruiter (Volunteer)

About the role

Arcadia, an international non‑profit NGO, seeks a volunteer Executive Recruiter to lead headhunting and interview processes for senior‑level positions. Reporting to the HR Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work remotely with flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and recruit high‑calibre candidates for executive and director‑level roles using head‑hunting strategies and platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Post bi‑weekly job advertisements and maintain accurate candidate records in Arcadia’s recruitment matrix.
• Participate in bi‑weekly Saturday interview sessions, conduct interviews, and prepare detailed interview reports with recommendations for management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or at least five years of progressive executive recruitment experience.
• Proven track record in end‑to‑end recruitment for senior leadership roles, including sourcing, assessment and successful placement.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English and strong stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other talent sourcing platforms.
• Strong organisational abilities for managing candidate data and recruitment matrices.
