About the role

DES Capital is seeking an experienced private banker to transition into an Executive Search Consultant role, conducting final‑stage evaluations of senior private banking talent for placement with leading institutions.

Key responsibilities

Conduct in‑depth Zoom interviews with private banking Directors and Executives already sourced and shortlisted by the team.
Assess senior‑level candidates for fit, competency, and readiness ahead of placement with institutional clients.
Deliver clear, decisive evaluations that directly inform placement decisions.

Required profile

Background in private banking as a relationship manager, market head, or comparable senior client‑facing role.
10‑15+ years of experience working with executives and senior decision‑makers.
Fluent in English.

What we offer

100% variable, uncapped compensation with progressive commission tiers per candidate placed.
Realistic monthly earnings between CHF 15,000 and 20,000, with upside as volume grows.
