Fashion Marketing Intern – Geneva Boutique

About the role

CHANEL is looking for a Fashion Marketing Intern to support marketing activities, client communication and event organisation at its Geneva boutique. The intern helps strengthen the client experience and uphold CHANEL's image in Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate communication needs for each collection (physical and digital tools)
• Coordinate client marketing campaigns according to market recommendations, support the sales team and follow up on 1-to-1 digital and print communication
• Support the rollout of mailing campaigns and gifting strategies, including communication to teams and follow-up
• Support the client activation calendar and events such as cocktails, boutique experiences and collection launches
• Handle event logistics: invitations, gifting, supplier coordination, communication assets and post-event follow-up
• Collect feedback and monitor competitors in the city
• Assist the hospitality team in improving the client experience and roll out boutique services
• Follow and animate the team on monitoring tools such as the Pulse index and Voice of Clients

Required profile

• Master's-level student (business school or university) with a strong interest in fashion and luxury
• Previous experience (internship or project) in marketing, events or client data analysis
• Fluent in French and English
• Internship agreement is mandatory, and the internship must be part of the study programme, required for the degree and validated by academic credits

Required skills

• Excellent analytical skills (KPIs, CRM, reporting)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills
