Fashion Marketing Intern – January 2027

About the role

CHANEL is looking for a Fashion Marketing Intern starting on 4 January 2027 in Geneva. The intern supports marketing activities, client strategy and event organisation for the Swiss boutiques, helping strengthen the client experience and the excellence of CHANEL's image in Switzerland. The internship is full-time, in person, for 6 months, 5 days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Client intelligence and engagement: collect, analyse and share client data (KPIs, CRM, reporting), consolidate client lists and support clienteling objectives and digital clienteling tools.
• Client communication: coordinate and analyse 1-to-1 and 1-to-many campaigns, support gifting strategies and in-boutique services, coordinate Mystery Shopping waves and update online boutique pages.
• Events and client experience: support the client activation calendar, organise events such as cocktail parties and collection launches, and contribute to logistics, gifting, supplier coordination, hospitality and post-event follow-up.
• Competitor market research: continuously update the market portfolio of venues, vendors and others, and monitor competitors.

Required profile

• Master's-level student (business school or university) with a strong interest in fashion and luxury.
• Previous experience (internship or project) in marketing, events or client data analysis.
• Fluent French and English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Excellent analytical skills (KPIs, CRM, reporting).
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills.

The internship must be part of the study programme, required for the degree and validated by academic credits. An internship agreement is mandatory.
