About the role
The F&B Client Relations position supports the Bar des Bergues and the Michelin‑starred Il Lago restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva. This fixed‑term role runs from July to September and focuses on delivering seamless guest experiences in a luxury setting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare client arrivals and ensure accurate reservation handling.
- Maximise revenue by optimising reservation planning and table allocation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and service areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and front‑desk teams to fulfil guest requests.
- Handle difficult requests with professionalism and propose suitable alternatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience serving demanding clientele in upscale hospitality.
- Strong team spirit and the ability to communicate easily with colleagues.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic demeanor with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- High availability, seriousness, and a friendly, smiling presence.
Required skills
- Reservation management.
