About the role
The F&B Client Relation position supports the Bar des Bergues and the Michelin‑starred Il Lago restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from reservation to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare client arrivals, ensuring reservations are correctly recorded.
- Maximise revenue for the bar and restaurant by optimising reservation planning.
- Maintain cleanliness of the entrance and verify presentation standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience serving demanding guests and finding solutions for complex requests.
- Strong team spirit and effective communication with colleagues.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic demeanor with a warm, welcoming and smiling attitude.
- Excellent reservation management, seriousness, kindness and high availability.
