About the role
This fixed‑term position supports the Bar des Bergues and the Michelin‑starred restaurant Il Lago at Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva. Working from July to September, you will ensure seamless guest experiences by managing reservations, welcoming clients, and maintaining the highest service standards in a luxury environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare guest arrivals and verify accurate reservation entries.
- Optimize revenue by efficiently planning reservation slots and managing the booking calendar.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and service areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve challenging requests with poise.
- Collaborate closely with bar and restaurant teams to ensure smooth operations.
Required profile
- Proven experience serving demanding clientele in a high‑end hospitality setting.
- Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic demeanor with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage multiple requests.
- Flexibility and high availability during the contract period.
