About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva is seeking a dedicated F&B Client Relations professional to support the Bar des Bergues and the Michelin‑starred Il Lago restaurant during the high‑season period from July to September. This fixed‑term position focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and optimizing revenue through effective reservation management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare guest arrivals by ensuring accurate reservation handling and personalized welcome procedures.
• Maximize point‑of‑sale revenue by efficiently managing booking schedules and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and service areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to fulfill special guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor and report on reservation trends and occupancy levels.
