Finance and Accounting Manager - New Investments

About the role

The Finance and Accounting Manager – New Investments will lead financial oversight, accounting and performance management for the company’s Strategic Value Chain Investments (SVCI). You will ensure strong financial controls, accurate reporting and partner with cross‑functional teams to optimise profitability of non‑core cruise operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, month‑end close and financial reporting for SVCI, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, cost allocation and margin analysis.
• Prepare and review management reports, KPIs and variance analyses to support business decisions.
• Track post‑investment performance against plans, identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in budgeting and rolling forecasts, partnering with operational leaders to set realistic assumptions and financial targets.
• Act as finance business partner to legal, treasury, operations and commercial teams on contract structures, pricing models and financial implications.
• Drive process improvement, reporting automation and data quality; support ERP or reporting tool implementations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 6–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in investment‑driven or multi‑entity environments.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, cruise, retail or other asset‑heavy industries is a plus.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate financial data into clear insights for non‑finance stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; French or Italian a plus.
