Financial Accountant (H/F/X)

About the role

A large industrial company based in Geneva is looking for a Financial Accountant (H/F/X) to join its finance department in a permanent, full-time position. You will manage a broad range of financial accounting activities and help prepare accurate financial statements.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes in line with IFRS standards.
• Review financial data, perform reconciliations and ensure the reliability of accounting records.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Help improve accounting processes, reporting tools and internal controls.
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams on accounting and reporting matters.

Required profile

• Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in financial accounting, preferably in an international or industrial setting.
• Previous experience in a Big Four firm or audit environment is a strong advantage.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable in a structured, demanding environment.
• Fluent in English and French.
