Financial Accountant

About the role

The Financial Accountant will support multiple entities within the KJUS group, handling bookkeeping, reporting, and coordination with external partners. Reporting to the Financial Accounting Manager, this role ensures accurate financial processes across Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Bookkeeping for LK Österreich GmbH, KJUS Retail GmbH and LK Deutschland GmbH, including transaction processing and intercompany reconciliation.
• Support accounts receivable and payable, acting as backup for invoice processing and payment initiation.
• Collaborate with the Shared Service Center and manage the general finance mailbox, including dunning and cash collection.
• Prepare quarterly reporting packages and maintain VAT tax codes in the ERP system.
• Ensure proper document storage and records retention according to policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Commercial education with further finance/accounting training or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting requirements, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
