Financial Accountant

About the role

The Financial Accountant will support multiple KJUS entities in Europe, handling bookkeeping, reporting, and intercompany activities while collaborating with shared services and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping for LK Österreich GmbH, KJUS Retail GmbH and LK Deutschland GmbH, including transaction processing, reporting, payments and intercompany reconciliation.
• Support accounts receivable and payable functions, acting as backup for invoice processing and payment initiation.
• Prepare quarterly reporting packages and maintain VAT tax codes in the ERP system.
• Oversee the general finance mailbox, dunning process and cash collection activities.

Required profile

• Commercial education with further studies in finance/accounting or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience in an international business environment.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting requirements and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficient use of ERP systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Effective use of Outlook for communication and coordination.
