Financial Reporting & Consolidation Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Reporting & Consolidation Analyst to join the Group Finance team of an international company in Lausanne. The role involves supporting the preparation, coordination and delivery of monthly, mid‑year and year‑end financial reporting and consolidation activities across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate monthly, mid‑year and year‑end financial reporting and consolidation cycles.
• Review financial data submitted by international entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with group policies.
• Contribute to the preparation of consolidated financial statements, supporting documentation and audit deliverables.
• Analyse results, identify risks and work with local teams to resolve reporting or accounting issues.
• Provide guidance to finance stakeholders throughout closing cycles and ensure timely submission of reporting packages.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving reporting processes, internal controls, accounting procedures and consolidation systems.

Required profile

• Degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related field; professional accounting qualification is a plus.
• Several years of experience in audit, financial reporting, accounting or consolidation within an international environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards, preferably US GAAP; IFRS knowledge is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding reporting deadlines.
• Fluent English with the ability to collaborate across functions and countries; Spanish is an advantage.
