Formateur Informatique – Corporate IT Trainer

About the role

Akkodis is seeking an experienced IT Trainer to deliver classroom and virtual training sessions, support continuous learning initiatives, and coordinate training activities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person and virtual training sessions for employees and provide on‑the‑job coaching.
• Identify new training needs in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Evaluate training quality and recommend improvements.
• Manage participant logistics, prerequisites, progress assessments, and feedback.
• Coordinate internal training programs with internal partners and manage relationships with external trainers.
• Contribute to the development of new training modules and curricula.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in adult learning (andragogy) with at least 4‑5 years of corporate training experience.
• Strong background in designing and delivering IT training programs.
• Excellent written communication skills in French and English.
• Team‑oriented, analytical, rigorous, and proactive.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience using SharePoint for content management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams for virtual collaboration.
