Founder Associate – Business Operations & Revenue Automation

About the role

Join Sartiq, an AI‑powered content creation platform for fashion brands, as a Founder Associate. You will work side‑by‑side with the Founder & CEO, participating in high‑impact decisions across revenue, investors, and client engagements while gaining hands‑on experience in enterprise sales, hiring, and fundraising.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and operate AI‑driven agents that automate revenue‑related tasks such as quoting, invoicing, follow‑ups, reconciliation, and pipeline tracking.
• Transform half‑formed ideas into rigorous decision memos, gathering market data, mapping consequences, and presenting structured proposals.
• Manage the CEO’s diary and communications, ensuring timely attendance at critical meetings and proactive flagging of opportunities or risks.
• Lead special projects and sourcing activities, including vendor research, quote collection, and early‑stage hiring support.

Required profile

• Strong automation mindset with the ability to design and iterate on AI‑enabled workflows.
• Curiosity and willingness to dive into ambiguous problems, turn them into actionable plans, and own the execution.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of synthesising complex information into clear documents.
• Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working in a fast‑growing, VC‑backed startup environment.
