Team Manager – Zurich Bahnhofstrasse

About the role

Burberry is seeking a Team Manager to support the Store Manager at its flagship location on Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich. The role focuses on driving category performance, coaching the sales team, and delivering the full Burberry experience to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales associates to improve selling skills and achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Manage customer flow to ensure every client receives attentive service.
• Partner with the Store Manager on sell‑through, team training, and talent development.
• Handle complex customer issues, process post‑void transactions, and authorize promotional discounts when needed.
• Drive the digital in‑store experience and use digital tools for communication.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
• Ability to handle complex customer service issues, including complaints and returns.
• Professional communication skills with clients and staff.
• Experience using Apple mobile devices and other digital tools.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
