Founder's Associate

About the role

As a Founder’s Associate at Aeon, you will work directly with the CEO on the strategic core of the business, driving growth, market expansion, and fundraising initiatives. This high‑leverage position is designed for a sharp generalist who wants to own outcomes and see measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own at least one company‑priority workstream end‑to‑end within the first six months, delivering a defined metric.
• Develop and launch new growth motions such as referral programs, partnerships, and channel strategies.
• Support international expansion into Germany, the Netherlands, and the UAE, including market research, regulatory analysis, and localized go‑to‑market planning.
• Maintain the data room, financial model, and investor FAQs; coordinate due‑diligence activities for fundraising rounds.
• Prepare strategic memos, board materials, and help establish operating rituals like OKR tracking.

Required profile

• Strong generalist mindset with the ability to move quickly in a startup environment.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to translate ambiguous problems into structured projects.
