Founding Brand Designer & Storyteller

About the role

We are a stealth applied‑AI venture backed by Bifrost Studios, building a long‑term AI partner for mid‑market and enterprise leaders. As the founding Brand Designer & Storyteller you will shape the visual identity, narrative and every external touchpoint from day one, giving the venture a distinctive presence in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the full visual identity and brand system (logo, typography, colour, layout, tone).
• Design, build and maintain the company website, including copy.
• Create pitch decks, client materials and Accelerator collateral in Figma.
• Run social channels (LinkedIn and others) – produce copy, graphics and posting cadence.
• Produce email templates, newsletters and outreach sequences.
• Write case studies and long‑form content as member outcomes accumulate.
• Ensure every external artefact reflects the brand’s quality and consistency.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of in‑house design experience at a tech company.
• Fluent in Figma – non‑negotiable.
• Strong portfolio showcasing shipped brand work across multiple formats.
• Excellent writing ability to own copy across all touchpoints.
• Based in Switzerland or Denmark, or able to work in CET ± 2.
