Founding Software Engineer – AI & Full‑Stack

About the role

Alpi Technologies is looking for a founding software engineer to help build a sovereign AI platform for the insurance advisory industry. You will join a small, tight‑knit team and shape the product architecture from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy robust full‑stack solutions.
• Lead AI agent orchestration and create autonomous workflows.
• Monitor, optimise and maintain the platform in production.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack development, AI integration and software architecture.
• Bilingual in English and French; both languages are used daily with the team and clients.
• Ability to ship quickly, iterate in short loops and thrive in early‑stage ambiguity.
• Focus on outcomes while maintaining code quality.
