About the role
Swissquote is seeking a Fraud Officer to join its Middle Office – Anti‑Fraud & Financial Crime Center. The role involves handling dispute requests, monitoring card transactions and ensuring compliance with card scheme regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with internal customer support to resolve dispute requests.
- Process dispute‑related transactions in Visa and MasterCard platforms.
- Review transaction monitoring alerts and flag suspicious activity.
- Investigate alerts, take immediate action and maintain compliance.
- Resolve issues for card holders, compare alternatives and decide on appropriate actions.
- Maintain investigation records and case outcomes.
- Develop knowledge of card scheme rules and explore improvements to fraud strategies.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under stress, handle high volumes and think creatively.
