Account Payable Officer (40‑50%)

About the role
Swissquote is looking for a part‑time Account Payable Officer to join its Finance Department in Gland. Reporting to the Responsible Accounting Team, you will manage supplier accounts, process invoices and ensure timely payments in a fast‑growing digital bank.
Key responsibilities
- Record invoices, prepare and apply payments while ensuring proper approvals.
- Reconcile AP‑related accounts, resolve discrepancies and support month‑end closing.
- Process corporate credit‑card operations, including reconciliation and posting.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice issues and assist with overhead expenditure analysis.
- Maintain accurate process documentation and provide guidance to apprentices.
Required profile
- CFC or equivalent diploma in Accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in banking.
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
- Knowledge of Ivalua software is a plus.
Required skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with Ivalua procurement software (preferred).
