Freelance IT Support Engineer – Production Site

About the role

Everience is seeking a Freelance IT Support Engineer to join the on‑site team at a high‑end luxury textile production facility. You will work closely with both production and office staff, ensuring that all IT services run smoothly in a critical manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support directly on site.
• Support production‑specific IT systems as well as standard office environments.
• Troubleshoot incidents that affect production lines and overall operations.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and other devices.
• Assist users within a Windows and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Manage tickets, maintain documentation, and follow basic IT procedures.
• Contribute to service continuity and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or workplace roles.
• Experience in an industrial or production setting is a strong advantage.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Strong team spirit and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English; French required for on‑site collaboration.

Required skills

• Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Microsoft 365.
• Active Directory / Entra ID.
