About the role

Join the Front Office team at the 25hours Hotel Zürich Langstrasse and be the first friendly face guests encounter. You will work a four‑day week, ensuring a smooth and memorable check‑in experience while contributing to the hotel's vibrant atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently, even during peak times.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area throughout the shift.
• Prepare the desk for each shift and ensure all necessary materials are ready.
• Provide local tips and recommendations to enhance guests’ stay.
• Collaborate with colleagues to keep service standards high.

Required profile

• Completed hospitality training with some front‑office experience.
• Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for guest care.
• Knowledge of Zurich’s nightlife and attractions.
• Honest, proactive, and able to admit mistakes openly.

Required skills

• Excellent communication in German and English.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
