Full-Stack AI Engineer

About the role

Doodle is expanding its B2B SaaS platform into a broader productivity suite and needs a Full-Stack AI Engineer who can bridge research and production. You will own the entire AI lifecycle, from architecture selection to data pipeline implementation and model deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build end‑to‑end intelligent systems using the most suitable models (e.g., Gradient Boosted Trees, Transformers, custom CNNs).
• Develop and maintain the data and model pipelines, including Airflow, dbt, MLflow and ZenML orchestration.
• Conduct research and experiments on complex problems such as multi‑hop reasoning, model quantization for edge devices, and advanced retrieval.
• Implement evaluation frameworks to detect hallucinations, monitor regression, and ensure model safety and explainability.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in traditional machine‑learning techniques (XGBoost, LightGBM) and deep feature engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with deep‑learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and an understanding of model internals.
• Research mindset – ability to read academic papers and translate findings into production code.
• Full‑stack mindset with proficiency in Python, modern ML frameworks, and the data stack (SQL, dbt, Airflow).
