Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Hoshii is building AI‑powered coworkers that automate repetitive inbox work for businesses. As a Full Stack Engineer you will own the web application that customers use daily, turning AI output into a fast, trustworthy, and easy‑to‑use experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the React/TypeScript web application end‑to‑end, focusing on architecture, performance, and user experience.
• Ship features that make non‑deterministic AI output feel reliable for non‑technical users.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate customer needs into shipped features, contributing to scoping and implementation.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs (Python, Go or similar) that support the frontend.
• Identify platform needs with product and customers, turning them into effective UI/UX decisions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across the stack.
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong coding and debugging skills with proven experience delivering production web applications.
• Passion for frontend craftsmanship, including state management, component architecture, and performance.
• Comfortable working across the full stack and extending backend APIs when needed.
• Product‑mindset: able to distinguish between customer requests and real needs.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, growth mindset, and strong sense of ownership.
