Full Stack Software Engineer - Java/React

About the role

Swissquote is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to help shape the future of its digital banking platform. You will own features from concept through deployment, building both user‑facing interfaces and server‑side logic while ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of features, from UI design to backend implementation and production support.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and design scalable, high‑speed systems.
• Write clean, asynchronous‑safe code across the stack and coordinate product evolution.
• Collaborate with analysts, designers and engineers using Agile practices.
• Create unit and integration tests (Jest, Cypress, JUnit) and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide support, bug fixing, and supervise deployments for internal and external users.
• Mentor teammates through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience delivering production‑ready web applications.
• Strong server‑side expertise with Java and the Spring ecosystem.
• Extensive frontend experience with React, TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
