Specialist Charter Sales

About the role

As a Specialist Charter Sales professional at Jet Aviation, you will own the complete charter sales cycle, from the first client contact through flight execution and post‑mission follow‑up. You will ensure premium service for clients while coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless flights.

Key responsibilities

• Drive charter sales across Jet Aviation’s internal fleet and sub‑chartered aircraft capacity.
• Manage the end‑to‑end charter process, including inquiry handling, scheduling, booking, invoicing and post‑flight follow‑up.
• Deliver premium customer service at every touchpoint, building trust and exceeding expectations.
• Maintain and grow assigned charter customer accounts to drive repeat business.
• Achieve revenue and sales targets for the EMEA charter sales region.
• Support market development and strategic growth initiatives alongside the Director of Charter Sales.
• Represent Jet Aviation at industry events, promoting the brand and services.
• Utilise digital tools such as AVINODE, Salesforce and LEON for budgeting and operational excellence.

Required profile

• High school or business school degree; vocational qualification in aviation is a plus.
• In‑depth understanding and relevant experience in the EMEA charter sales market.
• Proven strong charter sales achievements and performance.
• Willingness to work shift patterns and high flexibility.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage.
• Strong communication, influencing and customer‑orientation skills.
• Business and financial acumen with commercial awareness.
