About the role
The Execution Team is the operational backbone of the FX & DA Trading Department, providing competitive liquidity and orderly execution across all platforms and asset classes. As an FX/Execution Trader you will quote and execute client orders, manage the bank's positions and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Quote and execute client spot, forward and options orders in FX, precious metals, commodity futures, index futures and stock CFDs.
- Monitor electronic pricing and trading systems, trade flow and liquidity.
- Ensure efficient execution with liquidity providers and manage the bank's positions with prime brokers.
- Liaise with risk, distribution, development, project and IT departments to enhance services and profitability.
- Follow market news, identify risks and opportunities, and report statistics on execution, trade flow, liquidity, risk and profitability.
Required profile
- University degree in a STEM field or Economics.
- Result‑oriented, reliable team player.
- Good understanding of the FX market micro‑structure and liquidity network.
- Previous experience in FX spot trading is a strong plus.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule and fluent in English.
Required skills
- Understanding of trading systems architecture.
- API connectivity knowledge.
