Generalist AI Trainer (Part‑time Contractor)

About the role

Lightly AG is seeking motivated individuals to join its AI training team on a part‑time contractor basis. No technical background is required; you will help improve the quality of AI‑generated content through careful review and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Review and rate AI‑generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and helpfulness.
• Write prompts, questions, and example conversations to guide model training.
• Compare pairs of AI responses and select the superior one based on defined criteria.
• Follow detailed instructions to complete structured evaluation tasks.
• Flag problematic outputs, explain issues, and occasionally research topics to verify factual correctness.

Required profile

• Strong written English communication skills with clear, concise reasoning.
• Sharp attention to detail and consistent judgment across repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with ambiguous tasks and flexible problem‑solving.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools, data annotation, or content evaluation (optional).
• Fluency in additional languages beyond English (nice to have).
