Global Demand Planning Excellence Lead – CoE Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Global Demand Planning Excellence Lead to join Bacardi’s global planning team. In this role you will partner with markets, operations and the commercial organization to drive S&OP processes, improve demand accuracy and optimise inventory across all regions, supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global demand planning framework, including roles, KPIs, policies, SOPs and control standards.
• Ensure harmonisation of processes across business units, regions and categories and conduct regular health checks and audits.
• Design and lead capability programmes, develop training material and run train‑the‑trainer sessions for demand planners.
• Build and manage a network of Demand Planning Super Users, facilitating peer learning through forums, webinars and best‑practice showcases.
• Collaborate with IT, Digital COE and transformation teams to deploy and evolve digital planning tools, overseeing user adoption and change management.
• Develop forecasting and analytics capabilities, drive automation and digital forecasting solutions, and embed a lean, benchmark‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand, sales or supply planning and strong S&OP knowledge.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships across a matrix organisation and work independently while seeking support when needed.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and lean principles.
• Excellent communication, listening and detail‑orientation skills.
