Global Learning & Development Manager

About the role

You will design and launch scalable learning academies that enable Maison L'Occitane en Provence to execute its strategy. Reporting to the Culture and People Development Director, you will manage a global learning ecosystem that builds functional capabilities, drives performance, and shortens time‑to‑competence.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic capability priorities into structured learning roadmaps and scalable programs.
• Establish consistent learning design standards and governance across all initiatives.
• Own the governance, evolution, and user experience of the global LMS, linking learning pathways to roles and career progression.
• Drive adoption and engagement through stakeholder collaboration and clear communication.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs to measure learning impact and business relevance.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure effective regional deployment.
• Contribute to a performance‑driven learning culture across the organization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in global learning & development, capability or talent development within an international organization.
• Proven track record designing and deploying structured learning programs or academies.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex environments.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
