Global Legal Counsel – International Dental Company

About the role

GC International AG is seeking a Global Legal Counsel to join its headquarters in Lucerne. The successful candidate will act as a trusted legal partner for the business, supporting international operations across multiple jurisdictions and reporting to the General Counsel.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including sales, procurement, services and distribution contracts.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain and R&D.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of contract lifecycle management processes and legal tech tools.
• Contribute to the development of a global legal organization across EMEA, Americas, APAC and Japan.
• Assist in establishing legal standards, templates and best practices.
• Support and enhance global compliance frameworks, including anti‑bribery, data protection and corporate governance.
• Advise on GDPR and data‑privacy matters and contribute to internal training and awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage external counsel and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Law degree with admission to practice in at least one relevant jurisdiction.
• Significant experience in commercial and contract law within an international corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and influence senior business leaders.
• Strong understanding of data‑privacy regulations, especially GDPR.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
