Global Medical Education Life Cycle and Demo Materials Manager

About the role

The Global Medical Education Life Cycle and Demo Materials Manager will lead the end‑to‑end implementation and lean management of course and demo material portfolios for Straumann. This role ensures impactful learning experiences for healthcare professionals while optimizing costs and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new course and demo material concepts in collaboration with product, education, supply chain and third‑party vendors.
• Manage the portfolio of course and demo materials across regions, key markets and education partners.
• Lead strategic cost‑optimization initiatives with finance, procurement, supply chain and external partners.
• Support forecasting, demand planning and the development of hands‑on exercise kits.

Required profile

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the dentistry space within international medical device or healthcare organizations.
• Proven track record in cost optimization, lean management and operational transformation.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
