Global Sourcing Manager - Growth Tech

About the role

The Global Sourcing Manager will lead strategic sourcing for indirect business services, managing a spend of over USD 500 million annually. Reporting to the Global Category Director, the role works closely with senior leaders across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies for key services, using ABI’s 8‑Step Sourcing methodology.
• Negotiate global contracts, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Own zero‑based budgeting (ZBB) policies, budget processes, and analytics for cost packages.
• Lead the annual Champions workshop to share best practices and generate savings ideas.
• Coach and mentor buyers and managers across regional procurement teams.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering, business, economics, supply chain or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in procurement, category management, strategic sourcing or consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
