About the role
AB InBev is looking for a Global Sourcing Manager Transport for its Global Procurement Logistics Team, based in Zug, Switzerland. The role reports to the Global Transport & Warehouse Director and focuses on designing, driving and executing the regional transport procurement strategy, optimizing the supplier network and leading tenders.
Key responsibilities
- Formulate and deploy regional category strategies, turning macro insights into pipeline projects
- Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives and tenders
- Drive total cost of ownership (TCO) reductions through rigorous procurement routines
- Prepare data-driven business cases and proposals for senior leadership
- Partner with global structures, zone teams and suppliers on long-term relationships
- Build capacity across zones on logistics procurement tools, methodologies and best practices
Required profile
- 5 years in logistics procurement, transport sourcing or 3PL management (FMCG/CPG/Retail preferred)
- Fluent English is mandatory; Portuguese or Spanish is a strong plus
- Agile, resilient mindset suited to a fast-moving CPG industry

- Cost modeling and data analysis in complex supply chains
- Negotiation and contract management
