Global Warehouse Fleet Manager

About the role

The Global Warehouse Fleet Manager will lead the strategy and optimisation of AB InBev’s worldwide fleet of warehouse material handling equipment, using telematics, data analytics and financial analysis to drive productivity and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global strategy for fleet optimisation across owned and leased equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and AGVs.
• Use telematics and operational data to improve asset utilisation, conduct rightsizing analysis and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Evaluate fleet investment requests, validate business cases and recommend capital allocation based on ROI and total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate with Global Procurement, suppliers and internal safety/warehouse teams to enhance fleet performance and governance.
• Maintain global technical specifications and explore innovative equipment optimisation solutions.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics.
• 8+ years of experience in warehouse capacity planning, industrial engineering, supply chain strategy or related fields.
• Proven track record managing or optimising material handling equipment fleets.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, including TCO and CAPEX business case development.
• Experience influencing cross‑functional stakeholders in a global organisation.
