Global Training and Professional Education Manager

About the role

The Global Training and Professional Education Manager will safeguard and expand Margy’s unique expertise by creating a world‑class training ecosystem. Reporting to senior leadership, the role coordinates international training teams, develops curricula, and ensures consistent delivery of the brand’s treatment philosophy worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a global training and professional education strategy, including programmes for therapists, distributors and partners.
• Create product and treatment education materials, manuals, digital learning content and certification pathways.
• Lead and coordinate the international network of Training Managers, fostering best‑practice sharing and alignment of standards.
• Organise regular global training meetings, workshops, masterclasses and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Development to integrate new innovations into training curricula.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in professional skincare, spa, aesthetics or related education.
• Strong pedagogical and presentation abilities with a proven track record of leading international professional networks.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills, comfortable in multicultural environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
