Golang Engineer – Security Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Golang Engineer to join our fast‑growing security solutions product business. You will work on cutting‑edge network encryption platforms and help shape the future of our event‑driven architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the core platform for advanced network encryption products written in Golang.
• Drive the migration from a traditional web‑server/database stack to a Go‑based, event‑driven system.
• Develop high‑performance components that resemble high‑speed routers, requiring deep interest in networking and low‑level system performance.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Swiss office and coordinate daily with an international, distributed engineering hub.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of professional backend development experience (junior‑to‑mid level candidates are also considered).
• Strong proficiency in Golang.
• Comfortable working in Linux‑based environments.
• Experience with messaging systems or event‑driven architecture/event sourcing is highly desirable.
