About the role

Mandarin Oriental Geneva is seeking a dedicated Floor Supervisor to join its Housekeeping team. Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you will ensure that guest areas are immaculate, safe, and aligned with the brand’s 5‑star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness standards across all guest floors and public areas.
• Distribute and control room keys, and manage lost‑property procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and handle complaints following LQE procedures.
• Ensure safety by keeping corridors clear and reporting any suspicious behavior or hazards.
• Organise shift handovers and supervise the daily work of housekeeping staff.
• Participate in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
• Welcome and serve guests in line with Mandarin Oriental hospitality principles.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar hospitality role.
• Strong team spirit, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow.
• Good communication skills and a flexible attitude.
• Valid Swiss work permit or European passport.
