Graphic Designer

About the role

EL1 Sports is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual content across multiple platforms. You will support the marketing team and program managers by designing graphics, flyers, and multimedia assets that align with the company’s youth sports focus.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver compelling designs for social media, email newsletters, print materials, websites, and apps.
• Collaborate with marketing and program managers on concept development and asset production.
• Optimize existing designs for performance and re‑tool top‑performing content.
• Contribute design insights to overall marketing strategy.
• Capture and edit photos and videos suitable for the youth sports industry.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure design work meets brand standards.

Required profile

• College degree with at least 4 years of related experience, or a portfolio demonstrating 2 years of relevant work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organization, and self‑management skills.
• Passion for baseball, football, or softball is preferred.
• Positive mindset and comfort working in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Expert use of Adobe Creative Cloud (photo, graphic, and video applications).
• Experience with HTML and CSS (a plus).
• Proficiency with DSLR camera operation for photo and video (a plus).
