Showroom Project Manager – Interior Design

About the role

As a Showroom Project Manager you will lead end‑to‑end client projects for eba’s showroom, covering kitchens, furniture and bespoke interior solutions. You will ensure technical feasibility, flawless execution and on‑time delivery while providing a premium experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the sales team during the sales process and validate solution proposals.
• Develop and technically define kitchen, furniture and bespoke projects, ensuring aesthetic and technical consistency.
• Coordinate all project phases – design, planning, execution and hand‑over – working closely with sales, production, logistics, installation and after‑sales.
• Monitor project progress after execution to guarantee quality, deadlines and contractual compliance.
• Resolve post‑sales issues proactively, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Act as the main technical contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or a comparable technical field; project‑management training is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English and German; French is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years experience managing kitchen, furniture or interior‑design projects.
• Proven experience in direct customer contact and showroom environments.
• Strong organisational, planning and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD or similar design software.
• Experience using project‑management tools.
