Group and Events Manager – Luxury Wellness Resort

About the role

The Group and Events Manager will lead the sales, marketing and events functions for Six Senses Crans‑Montana, ensuring the resort delivers on its wellness and sustainability vision while achieving occupancy, rate and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, including advertising, promotions and publicity initiatives.
• Set sales targets by segment, negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to set optimal rates and monitor performance against budget.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales and marketing team to maintain brand standards and exceptional guest service.
• Promote the Six Senses wellness platforms (Sleep, Eat, Grow) across all sales and marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with sustainability guidelines, environmental policies and social responsibility standards.
• Handle guest and client feedback, delivering effective service recovery when required.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality, wellness concepts and sustainable practices.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage budgets in a resort environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• High standards of personal appearance, grooming and knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.
