Group International Mobility Manager

About the role

Richemont is looking for a Group International Mobility Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of international assignments, ensuring compliance, governance and a seamless experience for assignees and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of long‑term and short‑term international assignments, from planning to repatriation.
• Provide expert guidance on mobility policies, benefits and processes to assignees, families and stakeholders.
• Interpret and apply Group International Mobility policies consistently across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external immigration, tax and social‑security regulations.
• Manage relationships with external vendors such as tax advisors and monitor service level agreements.
• Collaborate with legal, tax, HR Business Partners and Compensation & Benefits to prepare cost projections and compensation packages.
• Maintain accurate data in mobility management systems and produce reports on costs, trends and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, International Relations, Law or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in international mobility management within a complex global environment.
• Strong knowledge of tax equalization, social‑security agreements, immigration and employment law.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; French is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as SAP or Workday.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
