Group Compensation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Group Compensation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation practices across the Richemont Group. You will work closely with Maisons, Regions, and Central Functions to ensure alignment with business strategy and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Group compensation practices, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Monitor compensation program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support annual compensation reviews, benchmarks, short‑term and long‑term incentive programs, and package definitions.
• Provide internal and external benchmark analyses to keep Richemont’s rewards competitive.
• Lead or support global projects such as pay equity, job grading, digital transformation, commission schemes, and pay transparency.
• Contribute to the Group Rewards roadmap in partnership with Benefits and International Mobility teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Rewards or a closely related field within a multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry).
• Experience using HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools.
