Group Learning & Development Intern

About the role

Join the Group Learning & Development team as an intern and help shape a dynamic learning ecosystem. You will support digital platforms, curate content, and activate community initiatives, contributing to a culture of continuous growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support on LMS/LXP platforms, extract and analyse learner activity, and produce impact reports.
• Curate digital learning content in collaboration with subject‑matter experts across functions, regions and Maisons.
• Review vendor processes, obtain learner reports, liaise with suppliers, and manage bi‑annual information sessions for contracted vendors.
• Support various L&D projects run by Group L&D and Central Functions.
• Lead community engagements on digital platform usage, prepare high‑quality presentation slides, and assist with global event organization.

Required profile

• Curious, creative thinker with an academic background.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Understanding of instructional design or adult learning principles is a plus.
• Previous experience with a Learning Management System or digital learning tool.
• Basic planning, project‑management and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and fluent in English (French is an asset).
• Comfortable with MS Office and able to work in cross‑functional teams.
• Available for a 6‑month internship starting 15 June 2026 with a university agreement.
