Growth Hacker B2B & B2C

About the role

enshift AG is looking for a Growth Hacker to design, execute and optimise digital campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences, supporting the company’s renewable energy platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise campaigns across search, paid social, email and other channels.
• Identify target audiences, test channels and messaging, and scale successful approaches.
• Collaborate with Sales to sharpen messaging and improve lead quality.
• Build CRM structures, workflows, lead‑nurturing and follow‑up sequences.
• Define KPIs, analyse funnels and landing pages, create reports and turn insights into action.
• Leverage digital tools and AI to automate and scale acquisition efforts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in growth, performance or digital marketing and marketing automation.
• Data‑driven pragmatist who runs campaigns personally and bases decisions on measurable results.
• Growth‑hacker mindset with a focus on rapid experimentation and scaling.
• Hands‑on, structured and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
