Launch Excellence Lead – Global Pharma Launchs

About the role

The Global Launch Excellence Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for end‑to‑end governance, readiness and execution excellence of the SKYCLARYS launch in adults and pediatrics across ~50 markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional, cross‑regional matrix teams to develop and execute robust launch plans, track progress and provide updates to leadership.
• Build and maintain tools, dashboards and KPI metrics to monitor launch performance and drive operational agility.
• Collaborate with G10 markets to analyse performance drivers, synthesize best practices and disseminate them globally.
• Design and implement cross‑functional initiatives involving external engagement (HCPs, patients, caregivers) and advanced insight generation.
• Partner with PDC, DAT and ITAC teams to ensure seamless decision‑making across functions.

Required profile

• 10+ years in pharma/biotech with at least 3 years in strategic or tactical launch readiness roles.
• Proven experience leading global or regional product launches, preferably in rare diseases or neuromuscular therapeutics.
• Strong background in global marketing, brand leadership and commercial strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to work in matrix organisations and drive collaborative culture.

Required skills

• Fluency with AI‑enabled tools, advanced analytics and digital innovations to accelerate decision‑making.
• Expertise in building launch KPI metrics, performance reporting and dashboards.
