About the role

This senior position drives global market development and launch readiness for a new product, collaborating with commercial, medical, and external partners to shape market strategy and ensure successful commercialization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Global Commercial Lead to create and execute market‑shaping strategies across regions.
• Lead omni‑channel marketing plans, messaging hierarchy, and creative guidelines.
• Develop go‑to‑market launch strategies, including positioning, where‑to‑play, and how‑to‑win.
• Coordinate launch readiness reviews and global SWOT analyses.
• Collaborate with insights, medical affairs, patient advocacy, and corporate communications to align messaging and engagement.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of biopharmaceutical marketing experience, preferably in Lupus or dermatology/rheumatology.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage agency partners.
• Strong analytical, financial, and project‑management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with VEEVA promotional tools.
• PowerPoint for presentation development.
