Guest Experience Maker Coordinator (Winter Season)

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Experience Maker Coordinator for the winter season at Six Senses Crans‑Montana. The role is focused on delivering the brand’s signature emotional hospitality, ensuring each guest enjoys seamless, personalized service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Review guest profiles and history before arrival and share relevant information with all departments.
• Coordinate guest transfers and assist with transportation requests.
• Manage the telephone switchboard, Six Senses app (Okami) and handle all inbound and outbound calls, wake‑up calls, messages and facsimiles.
• Process reservations and requests for resort outlets and experiences.
• Maintain equipment, report defects and ensure proper functioning of telephone systems.
• Provide welcome drinks, cold towels and escort guests around the resort.
• Collect dietary, allergy and safety information and liaise with the chef.
• Ensure compliance with LQA standards and capture guest feedback.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma or degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar operational role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of resort facilities, room categories, rates and reservation policies.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
