Guest Experience Maker (GEM)

About the role

As a Guest Experience Maker (GEM) at Six Senses Crans Montana, you will be the primary point of contact ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, personalized stay. You will work closely with multiple hotel departments to anticipate needs, deliver welcome amenities, and create memorable experiences throughout the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Review guest profiles and history before arrival and share relevant information with all concerned departments.
• Coordinate transfer requests and assist guests with arrivals and departures.
• Prepare and present welcome amenities such as letters, champagne, shoe bags, cold towels, and drinks.
• Escort guests around the resort and recommend, schedule, and arrange preferred activities.
• Maintain knowledge of fire‑safety procedures and ensure compliance with Six Senses standards and LQA criteria.
• Upsell resort, spa, and restaurant facilities while keeping equipment clean and functional.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma or degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar luxury‑hotel operational role.
• Fluent in English and French.
• EU passport or valid Swiss work authorization.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with hotel POS, PMS and CRM platforms.
